Each product has a sizing table that applies to that product. Be sure that you have chosen the right size for your body measurements. Unisex sizes run larger than Women's Sizes. 

Chest = measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist = measure around your natural waistline, keeping tape slightly loose.
Inseam = measure the inside of your leg, from groin to mid-ankle.
